This page explains when you can get your money back from DWR Grant Writer Pro, a division of DocWriteReview, LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. If anything here differs from the Terms, the Terms control, so please read both.
1. Monthly plan ($99 per month)
15 day free trial
Every new account starts with a 15 day free trial. No credit card is needed to start, so there is nothing to refund if you stop during the trial.
15 day money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 15 days of your first paid month, email [email protected] and we will refund that first month's payment in full. This applies only to your first monthly subscription with us, and only during those first 15 days.
After the first 15 days
The monthly plan is billed month to month, in advance. After the first 15 days of your first paid month, payments are not refunded, and we do not pro-rate partial months. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. See our Cancellation Policy.
Launch offer
If you subscribe under a launch offer, such as a free first month or a discounted rate, refunds are limited to the amount you actually paid. A free month has nothing to refund. The 15 day money back guarantee then applies to your first payment, for the amount paid, during the first 15 days after that payment.
2. Build to Own ($7,995 one time)
Build to Own is custom work, paid in three equal payments:
- One third when you sign the agreement and we begin building.
- One third once your branding is finalized.
- One third when your application is completed.
Because we begin custom work as soon as each payment is made, each payment is non-refundable once the work for that step is complete. If we cannot complete a step for reasons on our side, we will refund the payment for that step, or the part of it that was not completed.
Your signed Build to Own agreement is the final word on your project. Questions about a specific payment are always welcome before you sign.
3. Optional maintenance plan ($29 per month)
Maintenance is optional and billed month to month. You can cancel at any time. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded, and you keep maintenance services until that month ends.
4. AI credits
The monthly plan includes an AI credit allowance. Credits are used when you ask the AI assistant a question or generate a proposal draft, so credits already used cannot be refunded or restored.
5. Mistakes and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled on time, tell us and we will correct it. These are fixed whether or not the 15 day window has passed.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your organization name and the date of the charge. We will reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show the credit.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We would rather fix it directly.
