You can cancel DWR Grant Writer Pro at any time. There are no contracts on the monthly plan and no cancellation fees. This page is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Monthly plan
How to cancel
- Open the billing page in your dashboard and choose cancel, or
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you.
What happens next
- Billing is month to month. Cancelling stops the next charge.
- You keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for.
- We do not pro-rate partial months. See our Refund Policy for the 15 day money back guarantee on your first paid month.
- Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
2. Free trial
No card is needed to start the 15 day trial, so you will not be charged if you do nothing. You can stop at any time.
3. Your data after you cancel
We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation, in case you change your mind or need an export. After 30 days, we delete it. If you need it deleted sooner, or held longer, tell us and we will work with you. Please export anything you need before your access ends. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
4. Build to Own
Build to Own is a custom project paid in three payments, so cancellation works differently from the monthly plan. Our Refund Policy explains which payments are refundable. To stop a project in progress, email us. Work and payments already completed for earlier steps are covered by your Build to Own agreement.
5. Optional maintenance plan
Maintenance can be cancelled at any time by emailing [email protected]. Hosting, updates, support and security patches continue until the end of the month you already paid for. Contact us before then to plan the handover of your data.
6. If we end your account
We may suspend or end an account for a violation of the Terms, a legal requirement, or a payment that remains unpaid more than 15 days after it fails. See section 11 of the Terms.
