What is the difference between the $99/month plan and the $3,995 build-to-own license?

Monthly Access at $99/month gives you the full platform on a shared instance with your data completely isolated from other organizations. You get all 18 modules, the AI assistant, and the ability to export your data anytime. Build-to-Own at $3,995 gives you a dedicated instance that belongs to your organization permanently. The key difference is ownership: monthly subscribers use the platform, build-to-own clients own it. If you are not sure which is right, start monthly. You can upgrade to build-to-own at any time, and we will migrate your entire history into your new dedicated instance at no extra cost.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll be prompted to subscribe for $99/month. If you choose not to, your account will be paused but your data will be preserved for 90 days.

On the Monthly Access plan, if you cancel you get 30 days to export everything. We provide full data export tools so you can download your grants, proposals, funder records, documents, and research. Your data is never held hostage on any tier.
